Our Fee Structure

Time and Cost Basis

Services are provided on a time and attendance basis, including written and oral advice, travel time and transport costs, investigate and report, any disbursements and office recoveries.  Unless a written quote or fee estimate is provided or a fixed price agreement is entered into, all services provided are on a time and attendance basis.

Fixed Price Agreement (usually annually)

We are happy to enter into a fixed price agreement which will define the services we will perform as well as outlining our responsibilities to each other. An annual fee is agreed upon and payable by fixed monthly instalments by automatic payment. This will cover all anticipated services.

Quotation

Where possible we are happy to provide a quotation. Your information will be received and analysed by one of our senior accountants and a quote provided to you. Acceptance of the quote is required before the job can commence. Any services required in addition to the services contemplated in the quotation will be charged on a time and cost basis or quoted separately.

Fee Estimate

Where a fee estimate is given, this represents an estimate of fees and is subject to change, a fee estimate differed from a quote in that we are only giving an indication of the fee, not a fixed price.
